From October 10 to October 14, 2011, we held a training for the employees of Kronostar Sales Department.
The training was held according to the NEGOTIATION EXPERT program.
What are negotiations, negotiation stages, negotiation styles and communication strategies, concession planning, partner management, risks reduction, structuring and formalizing of the agreement, - all those and many other issues were delivered by the representatives of Business Training Russia in an intelligible form involving game exercises.
The many competitive business games helped every participant make his/her own conclusions and analyze why the results achieved by them were so different. The unequalled skills of the business trainers made the training process active and interesting for the participants.
Upon completion of the training, the participants traditionally received Negotiation Expert Certificates issued by Business Training Russia.

On September 17, 2011 Kronostar LLC held celebration events to honor the Forestry and Timber Industry Day.
The celebration was held outdoors, in DSK Stadium and lasted almost 10 hours. The event managers decided to get away from the usual pattern and split the celebration program into two parts. The guests were greeted at the entrance by live statues dressed as ancient Romans - when approached, the statues started moving and invited everyone to join the celebration.
